Is there a way to export Group Policy Objects?

I want to export my current Windows 2000 Server GPO's so that I can setup
similarly in Windows Server 2003. I don't need to import them, but simply
be able to print them out as a reference while setting up the new servers.
Can this be done?

Download Group Policy Management Console. It has the ability to report and
export GPO's
