Is there a way to block replies?

is there a way to block replies in Outlook 2003?

I want to be able to send a company-wide message but I want to block people
from being able to reply to it. Is there a way to do it?

I use Microsoft Word 2003 as my email editor (if that is relative at all).
We also use Exchange 2003 of course.

Thanks in advance!

Can you ask your Exchange admin to set up a mailbox that does not accept
replies, then give you access to send from that mailbox?

No, you can't prevent people from replying - but you could use a from
address that can't accept email (so the replies bounce back) or use a rule
to delete any replies that arrive. In either case, state at the top that
either the mailbox sending the message is not monitored or that replies are
not wanted and will be deleted unread.

If you want to use a bad address so replies bounce but have to send from
your personal address, enter 'replies-deleted-unread@your_domain.com' in the
Replies to field on the options tab.

be enough of a cluestick. :)

Yes. However, that is what we were hoping to avoid. We were hoping to not
have to create another mailbox but use an existing one.
Is there a way to do that?

Thank you for reply!
