You didn't state which version of Outlook that you are using. However,
Outlook 2003 Help returned this (remember the F1 key has never broken
anything)
:
Change the message flag color
Show All
Hide All
For messages

1.. Select the messages that you want to change the flag color for.
2.. Right-click the existing message flag, and then click the new
flag color that you want.
For all new messages (default flag color)

Changing the color of the default flag will apply to any new messages
that you flag. Existing message flags won't automatically change to the new
default flag color and must be manually changed to the new color.

1.. Right-click the existing flag on any message.
2.. On the shortcut menu, point to Set Default Flag, and then click
the color Flag as Default that you want.

Hi Chuck.

The questions is: Is there possibility to add more colors to Outlok config
to flag message? In default configuration, you can choose from only 6 colors
(red, blue, yelow, green orange, purple).

We are using Outlook 2003 and more then 6 users want to mark (flag) messages
in shared folder.

You can't add colors. Outlook 2007 does have that ability, but it's tied to
the new colored categories.

Outlook 2007 will allow more color choices. Outlook 2003 and earlier do
not.
