Is there a template for tracking rented tools?

I would like to make a database that will be able to track each tool taken
from our inventory to use on a job site. We would like to be able to look up
what job has which tools, and also look up what person has certain tools
rented already.

Any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

I am unaware of a template for such a database, there may be one somewhere,
but without a doubt you will be required to pay for it as it is not something
that you can create without a certain amount of effort.

There are developers out there who would gladly create something that is
custom built to meet your exact requirements (I am one of those people) but
they will also charge for the service. The amount that they will charge
depends on the complexity of the database that you need. Be very careful
when selecting a developer as there are alot of coyboys out there, people who
rely on wizards, macros, and dare I say it, templates.
