Is there a max to the screen size in Remote Desktop?

I tried to connect from my laptop to my DELL main PC using Remote
Desktop. Both are running XP-Pro SP2. I have updated the RDP client
for compatibility with Vista.

What I tried was to use full screen on my laptop (1920x1200), but the
screen immediately sized to something smaller (about 1600x1200 or so).

So my question is if there is a limit to the size of the desktop one
can use via Remote Desktop?

Answering myself:
Yes, if using the RDP client thta ships with XP-Pro SP2.
But the updated client version 6 available from Microsoft fixes this
problem, now 1920x1200 is definitely possible.
