Is there a "kill.exe" in XP?

The XP Control Panel "Scheduled Tasks" can be set to start an app or file,
but I see no way to schedule it to stop an app.

In Win2000 support tools, there is a "kill.exe" that terminates
applications.
There seems to be no equivalent in XP.
I tried running the win2000 "kill.exe" and it crashes with an 'Unhandled
Win32 Exception'.
Can anyone tell me what is the correct way to set up a scheduled action
to cause an app to quit as if the Exit command had been executed.
I need to do this so I can run WinZip Pro job to backup the apps files.

Sure. Under WinXP Pro, you may want to use "Taskkill.exe".
Run "Taskkill.exe /?" for help.

The KILL.EXE utility for the Resource Kit will work under XP.

There are also many freeware process killers as well.
