Is there a formula wizard?

I'm using Office Excel 2003 and I would like to add the fx (formula wizard)
icon to my toolbar but I cannot find it. Anybody know where it is?

Tools -> Customize -> Commands -> Insert -> Fx (Insert Formula)... Somewhere
around 5 to 10 items down in the list...
