Thanks for your reply, I have been posting this issue for ages and no one
seems to reply ever....

"Not enough storage is available to process this
command"

We get the above error message for outlook 2003 users when they drag email
(.msg format) to any network folder, it happens every now and then. Sometimes
we need to restart their PC's and again the issue recur after sometime and
its quite annoying. (Windows 2000 (SP4) / XP (SP1), and Mail server is
Exchange 2000 running naive mode).

I googled couple of times and seen lot of users complaining about the same
issue from last year.

Let me know if you need any further details.

Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks....

Applied Office 2003 SP1 already?
Does the same occur when you drag & drop to local folders?
Are you running Cached Exchange mode and is the ost-file UNICODE or ANSI?

Tried rebuilding the cache already or even recreating the mail profile?

Roady,

Again thanks for your response. I couldn’t reply earlier because of weekend.
Yes its does have SP1 (Office 2003 Professional edition)
It doesn’t happen if you drag onto local folders.
Its not running in cached Exchange mode. And about the encoding I am not sure, but I think the default goes to Unicode when you configure profile for the first time and we have that. Creating new profile doesn’t solve the issue. (How can we check the encoding if you feel that might solve the issue)

Thank you........
