Dear all,

When I try to import a table from a secured database (I set up the security
for this database) to another secured database, the following information was
shown up:

You do not have the necessary permission to the ‘*.mdb’ object. Have your
system administrator or the person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions

Please help me for this problem. How can I set the appropriate permissions
for it?

Thank you very much.

You need to Join the workgroup (.mdw) file for the source database,
and log on as a user with administrative rights to the table you're
trying to import.

Dear John,

Thank you so much. Could you please give me more detail? Such as which one
is the source database, the database will be imported? Please also let me
know which .mdw need to be joined? I have two .mdw files, one for the
database need to import objects, another one for the database need to be
imported? How to join that .mdw file? From the wrkgadm.exe?

Thank you very much,

Ok, sorry for that. I was afraid that I posted my question to the wrong place
and nobody will answer my question. Thank you and you have a good day,

Blinda
