Is it possible ?

Hello,

On my desktop computer, I have an Internet connection (LAN) which is
connected through a network cable. That connection is restricted or it might
have some permission that it can be used only on one computer (desktop). I
want to use Internet by using that connection from two of my computers. One
is my notebook, and other is my desktop.
Once I used a switch, and I plugged both the cables of the computer into the
switch & the third one which was providing Internet but only on one computer
(desktop), I can use the Internet.

Can I use ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) by connecting another NIC to
connect to the notebook so that Administrator do not knows that I'm using two
computers & I can use net. I think Administrator uses Linux or I'm not sure
about it that which Operating system he uses, but I want to be sure that he
can’t be able to notice that I’m using two computers.

ICS uses NAT. Is it possible that By using ICS I use net on two computers?
Or is there any other way I can use Internet on both computers without being
noticed out such as any software...etc… Thanks.

Better to get a router that can clone a MAC address, as that is probably
what your ISP is doing by the sound of it.

I forgot to give you a web page that describes how to clone your MAC
address:

Your ISP hands out your IP either dynamically or statically. But you
can't hide, if that's what you mean. Your IP records are kept by your ISP.
