Is it possible to save finished project as an MPG File

Hello..my DVD burner software want to see an MPG file and I can't seem to
find a way to save the finished project as an MPG. Help appreciated in
advance...neil

Movie Maker doesn't save to MPEG2 files... that are needed to make video
DVDs. You need to use DVD making software that can take your wmv or DV-AVI
files and convert them to the files needed for the disc.

Roxio's MyDVD, Nero, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas are a few of the many
software apps you can use.

Thanks for the reply. In other words a program such as Roxio's MyDVD would
accept a finished MovieMaker file and be able to burn the movie onto a DVD?
