Is it possible to determine if Back Button enabled?

Is it possible to determine if the Back Button on the browser is enabled?
I need to know if the page was called in a new window (for example with HREF
target='_blank' or by clicking 'Open in New Window') In these cases the
Back Button would be disabled.

You could use the JavaScript method History.Length, which should return zero
if it's just been opened in a new window.
