Is it possible to Automatically produce a staff "whereabouts" in outlook
2003? For example, a matrix with names on one side, day of the week on the
other (mon, tue, wed, etc) to map out meetings/tasks for each person. These
items should bear the time and title from the calendar item.

I have tried looking at the Group schedules feature, the calendar items
would not display unless the mouse has hover over the item. And there are no
options to print. Please assist,

Many thanks in advance,

Have you added the various Calendars to your mail profile aready? For this
see;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/permissions.htm

In Outlook 2003 you can have side-by-side Calendars. Outlook 2007 will also
support Callendar Overlay Mode to "merge" the Calendars.
