Is it possible to auto forward a sent email?

In otherwords, when I click "send/receive" and send out an email, is it
possible for my email message to be sent to another email address (which is
not listed on the To: CC: or BCC: lines) ?

Create a sending rule that specifies no condition and uses the "Cc the
message to distribution list or people" action.
