Is it OK to delete hotfix uninstallers ?

Dear anyone,

Are those files safe to delete? Any Advice would be very much
appreciated, please!

Once you are sure everything is running ok, it's safe enough to delete them,
but why? They don't take up a lot of room.

Thanks for the advice. Anyway, before deleting all those files, I have
chosen to backup them all just in case.
