Is "Hotbar" a problem for XP?

I downloaded a program called hotbar (adds smileys etc.. to your E-Mail).
Since then, Windows XP seems to have a problem. Outlook express has to be
closed every time I send one mail. If Hotbar is the problem, how do I
uninstall it?

Hi Fadel,

Hotbar is spyware and tracks what websites you go to and information you
fill into forms. It can also slow your computer down and cause problems
with Outlook Express such as the ones you have observed. I recommend
immediate removal with Spybot S&D.
