Is FrontPage included with XP?

A very basic question, I know ... Is FrontPage included with Office XP Small
Business?

We purchased XP when we purchased our PC a few years back. The CD says
"Version 2002". Word and Excel were included. And, I see a directory for
FrontPage under Program Files, but it is basically empty. (The tech support
for our hosting account says FrontPage is included with XP, so I thought I'd
ask.)

No, it is separate commercial application that has to purchased
individually.

As far as I know, no it's not.

Frontpage belongs to the Office family. It is not normally included with
