Is AlarmApp_PSI.exe an Outlook component?

Each time I boot my computer I get a message "AlarmApp_PSI.exe has failed to
start because UserData.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may
fix this problem." Is this an Outlook component? If not, does anyone know
what application it might belong to?

Well, do you actually have Outlook loading when Windows starts up? If
so, remove the shortcut or Run registry key to load Outlook on Windows
startup and see if the message still appears. My guess is that you used
anti-malware program(s) to remove a pest but their cleanup wasn't
complete and left behind a call to a program that no longer exists or
only part of the pest was eradicated and so now it bitches that it
cannot find the rest of itself.

Use msconfig.exe and SysInternal's AutoRuns to see what programs are
configured to load on Windows startup.
