I like to use Outlook's built-in email editor, but there
is something that drives me crazy.
When I forward an email and edit the text before sending,
Outlook puts a space before and after any inserted text.
For example, suppose the original email had a typo that
said, "I like brwn dogs."
If I click on the "Forward" button and try to fix the
error by inserting an "o" in the word "brown" this is what
I get:
I like br o wn dogs.
I think I understand why Outlook is doing this (it also
changes the text color), but it drives me nuts. It's easy
enough to delete the spaces, but it's very irritating,
especially if I need to do significant editing. I cannot
for the life of me find a setting that lets me change this
behavior.
Anybody know how to get rid of this irritating Outlook
editor feature?
