IRQARB error

IRQARB: ACPI BIOS does not contain an IRQ for the device in PCI slot 4,
function 0. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

I hope somebody in this community group (tech or no) knows if there is a
fix for this error. Do I need to disable any device? what exactly is
causing this?

My system is HP s7600n with Windows Vista Home Premiun, 2 GB ram - Molther
board - A8N-BR - Chipset - Geforce 6150 LE- Processor AMD 64 Athlon 3800+
2.0 Mhz

I get this error, too, and it freezes my machine (Dell E521 - AMD Athlon Dual
Core X2 3600 with 2GB RAM).
