IRQ conflicts

I seem to have a irq conflict with my system. Dont know how to fix it.
The culpruts are :sapphire radeon 9200se atlantis video/ (2) two Via usb
host controllers/ intel pro100gt adapter/ win200 Maxtor 150 pci card/ Maya
7.1 ewdm controller audiotrack/miditrak2128 audiotrack.They all want to share
IRQ 11.
I have been having a reduction of performance.
Had reasonable porformance in past.

Win2000/384meg ram/ P111 800

OK now, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all devices except the (via
controllers).
Defragged/chkdisk and general system cleanup.
But to no avail. Got any ideas?

And the device manager says you have conflicts? PCI is specifically
designed for sharing "IRQ", I would more suspect malware as the
performance reduction.
