IPv4 Checksum offload disable

I run VMWare server Ver 1.0 and encounter problems(chscksum errors) in
communication between host and clients.
I saw in the forums that I should set the following
IPv4 Checksum offload disable
TCP Checksum offload disable
UDP Checksum offload disable
I see that my NI card doesn't support it so I would like to do it somehow
differentely(probably by the Registry).
Is there any idea?
