I have a satellite office with a static ip address and win2K on the 5
clients there. My main office has ISA server SP1 on Win2K, a Win2K SP4
print server with the latest HP Web JetAdmin and several HP Printers on the
network with JetDirect servers on all of them and latest version of firmware
installed. I understand the security concerns of exposing any internal
devices, though is there a problem exposing only the JetDirect Servers on
two of the printers through ISA server only to the fixed ip address of my
satellite office. If not, how do you do it? I can't find anything that
details ISA server publishing HP JetDirect cards and true internet printing.
Their individual web servers work just fine. I can connect to each of them
and install a client with no problem internally on my network.
