I have an iPod Shuffle & a new Nano. I installed and use the Shuffle
with no problems. Last night, I hooked up the Nano. My Dell sees the
Nano at first, but then it gives me an error message that the "G:\
drive is not available"... this is the Nano's drive. Furthermore, the
Dell shows the Nano on the iTunes screen, but I can not drag & drop
music from my library. Actually, I was able to move music over once,
but the text was grayed out, and I was unable to delete them from the
Nano.
If you understand any of my ramblings, please let me know if you've
experienced the same problem, and if there is a fix or installation
error.
Thanks!!
