IPM.Appointment.Location

Improper Default Message Class = IPM.Appointment.Location

ALL new appointments default to the above message class - which prevents
calendar synchronization with PIM.

There are NO personal or custom forms - and NO standard forms appear with
that message class. All Appointment = IPM.Appointment.

I have used REGEDIT to find/fix all occurrences of IPM.Appointment.Location
- however, all new calendar entries still have message class =
IPM.Appointment.Location ???

OS = Vista, Office = 2007 SP1
