When I type in IPCONFIG, I get the the floowing statement - Windows IP Configuration and nothing else besides the command prompt. I do not see my IP address, even when I try IPCONFIG /all, I only get
Host Nam
Primary Dns Suffi
IP Routing Enable
WINS Proxy Enable
DNS Suffix Search Lis

Why is everthing else missing

I tried IPCONFIG /renew and got the follwing message
The operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissable for this operation

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You may want to check your Hardware manager and make sure that your network
card is still being recognized and is not conflicting with other devices.

I did not see any conflict listed. It is stating that the device is working properly.

Thanks
