i keep getting the ip address 222.133.3.210 showing up in my internet
explorer browser, and ive done everything i could to try to get rid of it and
the cause,, but i cant get it off, ive ran symantec, mcafee, spybot s and d,
AVG, adaware, nothing is working, and i think whatever is causing this may be
causing my pc to kick itself offline after a little bit after i log after i
reboot(i reboot, then i log on), and when i try to get back online i get a
message saying the port is in use, i have to unhook and rehook the phone line
or do something with the phone, can someone help me with this? my operating
system is windows xp service pack 2, this ip thing is very frustrating and
annoying!

It's apparently a trojan that contacts that address.

You might try the online Housecall at TrendMicro.

And start with rebooting into Safe Mode, and then clearing out the temporary
file and temporary internet file folders. Delete the contents, empty the
recycle bin, then look through the MSCONFIG startup tab to see what's being
loaded and go through the list.
