First of all, sorry for my english, I'm italian.
When I insert the disk in the Iomega 100mb zip, it appers "Insert the disk",
but till 3 weeks ago, everything was right.
I have windows 2000 as operating system,when I insert the disk a green light
pulses.
What can be?

It sounds like either a bad disk (or unformatted) or (more likely) a
failed drive.
