Inventory Spreadsheet

Hello,
I work for a small snack food distributor and use Excel 97. We have
seven drivers and about 120 SKUs.
I have set up the sheet so that the products are listed in column A and
the drivers are listed in columns B through H.
Is there a macro or filter that will print *only* the items that driver
A has entered, instead of the entire list of 120 SKUs?

Thanks,
....Will

Hi Will
Assuming you have column headings in row 1, mark the range of headings then
Use Data=>Filter=>Autofilter
From the drop down in columns B through H, select non Blanks in turn and you
will see just the rows where that driver has delivered.

Assuming you track quantities, if the quantity for an SKU is blank then Hide
that entire row, else show that entire row. HTH

Apply an autofilter to the table, then choose "Show non-blanks" in
column B's autofilter dropdown.

Thanks to all who suggested using the autofilter and pivot table. Either I
haven't mastered these two features or I haven't explained myself clearly
enough (probably both).
It has to be set up so that each driver can print *only* what he has entered.
I might add that the solution must be simple, as I can't expect each driver
to apply a filter or use a pivot table. I hope this makes sense.
Many thanks to the generous people who take the time to help in this and all
newsgroups.
