Invalid XML message from Outlook.

I cannot start MS Outlook because it can not open the Outlook windoe because
and invalid XML. The view cannot be located.

Start Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(note the space in the command)

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 you can directly type in the Start Menu
Search box;
Start-> type; outloo.exe /resetnavpane
(still note the space in the command)
