"Invalid Boot.ini file . . ."???

Hey folks. It became necessary to move my two optical drives around, switching master/slave arrangement so that the Verbatum 48xCDRW is master and the Emprex (BTX) 4xDVDRW is slave. All went well except I now get a new, brief -- like one second in duration, message at every boot, just before the windows start-up screen

"Invalid Boot.ini file, booting from C:\Windows

then everything comes up as usual. I have just never seen that message before. Is it something to worry about? Should I try to eliminate it somehow, or ignore it since it does not seem to impact performance (as of yet)

As always, your comments are appreciated
