Interrupt Mode APIC

Hello, I have windows xpsp2 installed and I want to install windows98SE on
another drive. APIC is compatible with XP but not 98. There is only the
option to enable or disable in thr BIOS which would affect all operating
systems on the computer. Should I turn it of or leave it on?

Hi,

The only way to enable or disable APIC is in BIOS. So leave it on!
Windows 98 not support APIC, but if APIC is on in BIOS it's no problem
for Windows 98. Windows 98 can't use it, no problem!
Windows 98 SE supports APIC.
