internet shut down

I just installed Windows Xp Home Edition. After a short
time online I recieve this message and the cumputer shuts
down. This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority\System.
Remote Procedure Call Service terminated unaxpectedly.How
can I fix it? Thank You. Ed Dunn
