INTERNET OPTIONS blocked

Re: IE 6.0
As of today I get an error msge when trying to access
Internet Options from TOOLS. ---> "Operation cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact
system administrator.."

Last night homepage was highjacked. Spybot missed it.
Downloaded some uninstall application to get back to usual
Google homepage. Updated Spybot -- eliminated a few
spies. Still no good. Could spyware be causing this
TOOLS blockage?

Open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize settings. You may have
inadvertently set this restriction.
