Internet Header Info is not always present

I have become accustome to depending on the 'Internet Header' information
portion of emails to give me a clue as to who has sent me an email. For some
legitimate emails that information is not provided? Is the information
provided as a courtesy from an email server, or does the sender request the
removal of this information before it is sent to recipiants? I usually get
to this information in the following way: "Right-Click an item and at the
bottom of the contex menu choose the Options item, which displays Internet
Header content.

Thanks in advance . . .

Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
For internal Exchange message there is no Internet Header since the messages
have been delivered locally.

at the very least, your mail server should be adding a line showing where
they got it from and date.

** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version
