Internet Explorer

Hey there, i have a few problems with internet explorer,
however, I doubt it is the IE's fault.
Every user within my household has their own login and
now everytime they open explorer, the home page is set to
mk:mad:MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\start.chm::/start.html
now this is an adult page and I have no idea who
downloaded it onto my computer, I was on holiday and just
returned. I have tried changing the home page within the
internet options, but the link continues to load itself
back. I have also tried to delete the file
C:\WINDOWS\start.chm
but that does not work either. I have used AD-AWARE and
Spybot Search and Destroy and that also does not work.
how can I get rid of this and how did it occur in the
first place.

thank you

IE-SPYAD is a Registry file (IE-ADS.REG) that adds a long list of sites and domains associated
with known advertisers, marketers, and crapware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer.
Once this list of sites and domains is "merged" into your Registry, most marketers, advertisers, and
crapware pushers on the Net will not be able to use cookies, ActiveX controls, Java applets, or scripting
to compromise your privacy or your PC while you surf the Net. Nor will they be able to use your browser
to push unwanted pop-ups, cookies, or auto-installing programs on you.
