Internet Explorer

My internet explorer keeps shutting down on me and giving me an odd message.
It doesn't do it for every site, it seems to like hotmail and msn sites but
Yahoo, google, or any other site it shuts down on me?!? It gives me these
details...

ModName: yshortcut.dll ModVer: 2005.11.10.2 Offset: 000058b0

Any clues as to what I can do? Thanks for the comments if possible.

Uninstalling the Yahoo toolbar will fix the problem.
