Internet Explorer slow all of a sudden - Please Help!

Hi,

I'm administering a server for a small company. We have
Windows 2000 Server and Small Business Server 2000
installed. My internet has all of a sudden slowed
down...it's dragging. I checked for viruses..none, I
checked for adware...none. I checked my firewall and
pinged, everything seems to be fine and fast. But, when
I open up explorer, it takes about 15-20 sec to open up
the website. And each click is a drag. Does anyone have
any idea how to fix this? All the users are impacted by
it and the server doesn't seem to show a fast response
time either. PLEASE HELP!

We're experiencing this same problem after loading the
patch for KB835732. Have you loaded this patch? With the
patch installed some of our machines crawl in IE while
others seem to perform fine. We can't find a commonality
that explains which machines run slow vs fast. So far,
we're still waiting for MS to acknowledge that there is
another unfixed bug in 835732 on W2K. We've tried the
hotfix in 841382 to no avail.
