Internet Explorer Search To Web Site

Hi,
I have a recent problem with my IE7 in that when I do a search and then
click on the link found in the search I more often than not get another web
site than expected. If I type the web address into the browser as found in
the search then it goes ok. Looks like my IE has been hyjacked. I run XP
Home and have the usual Spybot etc installed and working. Any thoughts
anyone?
