internet explorer script error

I try to print an email from outlook express 6.0 using window XP, then I got
a pop up message stated that : Internet explorer scrip error, line - 2021 ,
char - 1 , error - unspecific error , code - 0 , url -
res://inframe.dll/preview.dlg ; anyone out there can help me solve this
problem ?

Try this: click 'Start|Run' and enter the following:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK. Please let me know if this works.
