Internet Explorer question

While using a library computer, I saved to a thumb drive some web pages that
displayed running videos. Then I tryed to display the web pages using the
home computer but got the message "you must have Adobe Flash Player installed
to view the website properly". So I went back to the library and downloaded
the flash player file to the thumb drive then installed Flash Player on the
home computer then went to the Internet Explorer Manage Add-ons window but
could not determine how to add flash player as an add-on. How does one add
Flash Player as an add-on?

If you got the Flsh palyer software not just the Add-Ons, i mean the
executable file you will be able to install the software and it will add
itself to the browser.
Adobe Flash Player Download Center Windows

Is the download you listed for the EXE file or the add-on?

Tryed the download link you listed but it seems to only install directly to
the (library) computer. There does not seem to be a way of downloading an
install file to a thumb drive and take home to install on the home computer.
