I cannot access Google.com with IE, I get an error code 404 saying acces is
forbbin. And when I try to add Google to one of my homepage tabs, IE stops
responding (I go to task manager, and it says it is not responding, which is
true.
Questions:
What wrong?
I can I correct this Problem?

I would check the system for Malware. The Windows Defender will let you use
its Software Explorer to look for something.

Software Explorer Windows Defender :

Another thing to check is that google.com is not listed in your hosts
file which blocks web sites.

Depending on which version of Windows you are using the hosts file will
located in one of the following places.

Windows Vista = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS

You can edit it with Notepad or any other text editor. Look for
google.com in the file, and if it exists, remove that line from the
file, then save it.
