Internet Explorer printing...

I am running into a problem and hoping for any suggestions to fix this
problem. I work at a healthcare company, and everyone connects to our
patient scheduling software through our intranet. There are two of the front
desk ladies that whenever they connect to this program through Internet
Explorer and try to print off patient appointment sheets, it randomly kicks
them out of the program and locks up IE. Again, it does this randomly. We
then have to go in and kill the process and start all over again. This is
happening with both 2000 Professional and XP Professional. We have tried a
cfew different things, none of which have worked. First we thought it might
be a driver issue, so we bypassed the print server and connected directly to
the printer by IP address, which didn't work. We also completely re-imaged
her their machines, which also didn't work. This is only happening with
these 2 computers, in a network around 500 computers.

Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Just a guess but this sounds like a network issue rather than a problem with
IE. Disconnect one of the PC's, substitute another PC that you know prints
properly and see what happens.
Good Luck
