Internet Explorer/Outlook Express Forum

I searched for a Forum dealing with IE and Outlook Express among the
thousands listed under Newsgroups but could not find one. The names are all
abreviated and I can't find a way to expand them to see what each covers.

Anyone has a link to such a Forum.

Alternatively, it would help me if someone could tell me how to expand those
forum names. Opening them one at a time to see what they cover would no
doubt take me days.

Thanks
