Internet Explorer in Xp Questions

a friend of mine is having a problem with IE6.
she's using Xp and is the administrator , she can access the internet okay
on her account ,, but when her kids log onto their accounts , which are
"limited" they cannot access the internet through IE , but they d/l'd
Netscape and they can access it through that browser okay. they prefer to
use IE but what is causing this problem for them not to be able to use it??

any suggestions?

if it was spyware why would the IE work in the admin. account and not the
limited. If she changed the kids "limited" account to admins , then IE
worked fine , change them back to "limited" and IE won't work again.

Registry differences.

so you're saying that she should be running a program like "search and
destroy"?
if so from which account should she run it from?? the limited accounts or
the admin accounts?
