Internet Explorer hangs on links

Im doing some consultant work. My client is a home user with a Celeron 1.8, 128, XP home, on DSL. He looks at alot of porn. So naturally he had a boatload of viruses that I removed using AVG. Then ran spybot to clear any adware. I found that WinTools was on there so i removed that manually. Now only one complaint by him still remains and I can't find out why. Any of his regular XXX websites won't load nearly as fast as they "used to". And at most of his site there are links to .html pages on the same site that wont load. Also he is using Outlook Express and cant open any links within an email. Oddly enough these problems occur at adult sites (ironic). However there is no firewall or NetNanny. And other simple sites load just fine. Any ideas?

Hi,

Try this: Close Internet Explorer and Outlook Express if either are open.

Start/run "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the quotes)

Control panel/Internet options/programs tab, click on "reset all web
settings"

Reopen and retry the links in Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
