Internet Explorer Encountering Problems

When using the internet I continually get interrupted
with a message that says "Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and need to close", then I get
kicked off the internet. This always happens when
an "about:...." window is trying to open. Any
suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Debbie,

In the Error -Reporting dialog, click "To see what data this report contains" and note down the MODNAME. Post back here.
