I have been trying to clean up my PC as there are a lot of
uneeded files,history etc. I have looked into a program
about an Internet Explorer Cleaner which is suppose to
clear many old files. I'm wondering how safe this is to
use? Being rather new at much of this I do not want to
delete something that might screw up something on my PC.As
it's a rather old system. Can you PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P as
to if this is a safe program to apply? (See below)

When cleaning the 'temporary internet files' using
Internet Explorer all the files are deleted about the
sites you visited except the index.dat. This file contains
just about any site you have visited. When you type in
your adress bar you can see the relevant adresses you have
visited. This information is kept in this file.
Cleaning this file manualy will not work because it's a
system file. With cleaning the cache using IECleaner the
file will deleted at next reboot of the system.
