Internet Explorer automatically closing when using ctrl+N or right click of mouse

Hi,
I have a strange thing happening with internet explorer after loading
the kazaa media desktop software.
Iam unable to open a new IE window from an existing window either by
using Ctrl+N option or using the rightclick of a mouse.

Any fixes are there for this type of issues...

Please suggest me.

1- Quit all programs that are running.
2- Click Start, and then click Run.
3- Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
4- When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded."
message, click OK.
5- Try again
