Ever since I started using IE 7 Beta 2, Outlook has been acting strange.
When I have a link in an e-mail and I click it, Windows Explorer opens up to
Documents and Settings. When I go to view my newsgroups, Outlook tells me I
am not on the Internet even though I just recieved e-mail.

[Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >] Set Program Access and Defaults >
Browser: IE *must* be chosen here if you're running IE7 Beta 2 and want such
links to work.

Beta testers of IE7 Public Preview are asked to post their comments &
questions to microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup.
